This year, we’re introducing a new ordering process designed to make your experience even smoother while allowing every keepsake to receive the same care and attention you’ve come to expect.

What’s Changed?

Rather than producing orders individually throughout the Christmas season, all personalised Christmas keepsakes will now be available as pre-orders.

Once pre-orders close, your keepsakes will be carefully crafted in dedicated production batches before being beautifully packaged and dispatched together in early December.

This allows us to focus on creating every order with exceptional attention to detail while ensuring all Christmas keepsakes arrive in time for the festive season.

How It Works

1. Place your pre-order
Order your Christmas keepsakes before pre-orders close.

2. Submit your personalisation
You’ll provide your children’s names and personalised details when placing your order, making the process simpler than ever.

3. We craft your keepsakes
Every order is professionally printed, carefully assembled and quality checked during our dedicated production period.

4. Early December dispatch
All orders will be dispatched in early December, with delivery guaranteed before Christmas.
