How does personalisation work?

Can siblings receive matching letters?
Absolutely. Many families order letters for multiple children each Christmas.
Each letter is individually personalised so every child feels equally recognised by Santa, while maintaining a beautifully coordinated design across the collection. It’s a wonderful way to create a shared family tradition while ensuring each child receives something uniquely their own.
Can I preview my letter?
Because every letter is individually personalised, we don’t currently offer digital proofs before printing.
Our templates have been carefully designed to ensure every letter is beautifully formatted and thoughtfully personalised. We take great care in preparing every order and review each one before it leaves our studio.
Can I order more than one?
Of course.
Whether you’re ordering for siblings, cousins, grandchildren or friends, simply adjust the quantity and personalise each letter individually during checkout.
Many families also return each year to continue their growing collection of Christmas keepsakes.
Can I edit after ordering?
If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do everything we can to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once printing has begun, changes may no longer be possible due to the personalised nature of our products.
Can I change the address?
Yes, provided your order hasn’t been dispatched.
Simply contact us with your updated address as soon as possible, and we’ll happily update your order before it leaves our studio.
Production
When do you begin printing?
Our Christmas collection opens for pre-orders well before the festive season so families can plan ahead.
Production begins as orders are received, allowing us to carefully prepare each personalised keepsake with the attention to detail it deserves.
During our busiest months, production schedules may vary, so we always recommend ordering early.
How long does production take?
Because every Santa Letter is made especially for your child, production typically takes several business days before dispatch.
Current production timeframes are always displayed on our website during the Christmas season.
When will my order ship?
Once your order has been lovingly prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the postal service you’ve selected.
Are all letters handmade?
Every order is thoughtfully designed, professionally printed and carefully assembled in our Australian studio.
From personalisation through to packaging, each keepsake is individually prepared by hand to ensure it arrives looking as magical as the moment it was imagined.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes.
We proudly ship personalised Santa Letters to families throughout Australia, including metropolitan, regional and rural locations.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes.
Express Shipping is available at checkout and is recommended for families ordering closer to Christmas.
Please note that Express Shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch but does not reduce our production time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We love sending Christmas magic around the world.
International delivery times vary depending on your destination, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow plenty of time before Christmas.
What are your Christmas order deadlines?
Christmas is our busiest season, and personalised products require time to prepare.
Recommended order cut-off dates are published on our website each year to help ensure your keepsake arrives before Christmas.
We always encourage ordering early to avoid disappointment.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
While delivery is handled by our postal partners, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the situation quickly.

When should I give the letter?
There’s no wrong way to create Christmas magic.
Many families place their letter in the letterbox for children to discover in early December, while others leave it beside the Christmas tree, inside a Christmas Eve box or as a surprise after visiting Santa.
Choose whatever feels most magical for your family.
Can it arrive in the mailbox?
Yes. Many families choose to have their Santa Letter delivered to their home so their child can discover it waiting in the letterbox – a simple tradition that creates an unforgettable moment of Christmas magic.
To make this experience as seamless as possible, every order is packaged discreetly, without obvious Christmas branding on the outer packaging. This allows parents to open their parcel first, check that every personalised detail is perfect, and then, if they wish, place the completed Santa Letter back into the letterbox for their child to discover later.
It’s one of those little details we’ve thoughtfully considered, helping you create a magical surprise with complete confidence.
Can grandparents order one?
