Shipping and Cut-Off Dates
Every Studio Mayfair keepsake is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packaged in our Sydney studio before making its way to your family.
We currently ship Australia-wide. Below you’ll find information about our production time, shipping options and important Christmas ordering dates.
Production Time
Personalised Orders
Each Studio Mayfair piece is made especially for you. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed for your personalised keepsake to be carefully created before it is dispatched.
Christmas Pre-Orders
Our annual Christmas collection is available via pre-order from 1 October each year.
Pre-ordering allows us to carefully produce each personalised Santa Letter in batches, ensuring every order receives the same attention to detail while helping families secure their keepsake well before Christmas.
All Christmas pre-orders begin dispatching from 1 December.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer two Australia Post delivery options at checkout.
Standard Letter Post (Untracked)
Standard Letter Post is sent via Australia Post’s domestic letter service and is not tracked.
Estimated delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post’s Domestic Standard Letter service and may vary depending on your location.
Express Post (Tracked)
Express Post includes tracking and is sent via Australia Post’s Express Post network where available.
Estimated delivery timeframes are in accordance with Australia Post’s Express Post delivery estimates.
Please note that all shipping estimates begin after your order has been produced and dispatched.
Christmas Order Cut-Off Dates
To give your order the best opportunity to arrive before Christmas, we recommend placing your order before the following dates:
Standard Letter Post
Order by Friday 4 December
Express Post
Order by Friday 11 December
While these dates reflect our recommendations based on Australia Post’s delivery network, they are not guaranteed.
Delivery Delays
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is managed by their network and is outside of Studio Mayfair’s control.
During busy periods – particularly in the lead-up to Christmas – unexpected delays can occur due to high parcel volumes, weather events or other operational factors.
We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible within our advertised production time and will do everything we can to assist should any delivery issues arise.
Important Information
Untracked Standard Letter Post
Standard Letter Post does not include tracking. By selecting this shipping option, you acknowledge that Studio Mayfair is unable to monitor the delivery of your order once it has been lodged with Australia Post.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for untracked items that are delayed, lost or unable to be located after dispatch. If you would prefer the added security of tracking, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. Studio Mayfair cannot be held responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
