A Note from Our Founder
Thoughtfully made for the magic of everyday moments.
I started Mayfair because I’ve always believed that the little things matter – beautiful paper, meaningful words and the traditions we create with the people we love.
Each piece is designed and prepared in small batches, with plenty of care given to the details that make it feel special.
Mayfair is a small business, and when you order from us, you’re supporting something made thoughtfully rather than something made by the thousands.
If you ever have a question about your order or need a little help, you can always reach me directly. I’m very happy to help.

Christmas morning isn’t just about presents – it’s about the magic. The sparkle in their eyes as they discover a letter straight from Santa, sealed with care by the North Pole Postal Service.
These keepsakes aren’t just stationery; they’re memories you’ll treasure for years to come.
At Studio Mayfair, we believe the most treasured Christmas memories are often found in life’s quiet traditions — writing a letter to Santa, hanging keepsakes on the tree, or revisiting the moments that made each season special.
Our collections are thoughtfully designed to help families celebrate these rituals with intention. Combining timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship and premium materials, every piece is created to be used, cherished and kept for years to come.
In a world of fleeting moments, we’re passionate about creating heirloom-quality keepsakes that preserve the magic of childhood and become part of your family’s Christmas story for generations.
How personalised are the Santa letters?
Each letter is designed using your words. Parents provide the content, so you can include as much detail as you’d like – inside jokes, milestones, or even gentle encouragement for your child. We format your message on luxury stationery with Santa’s signature details, so it feels both personal and authentically magical.
When will my order arrive?
Handmade Santa Letters and Letterpress Gift Tags ship within 3-5 business days. To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order before . The Digital Download Pack is delivered instantly to your email after purchase.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes! Each letter is customised individually, so you can order one for every child in your family. We recommend ordering together so they arrive in the same package.
Are the Santa letters reusable?
They’re designed as keepsakes – printed on luxury paper, beautifully packaged, and perfect for storing away as a memory of Christmas 2025. Many families keep them in memory boxes or frame them.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary, so please order early if you’re outside Australia to allow enough time for Santa’s post to reach you.
What if I miss the order cut-off date?
Always send us a message to double-check our availability. If you miss the postage deadline, our Digital Download Pack is always available. You’ll receive it instantly and can print at home, so your child won’t miss out on the magic.
What makes these different from other Santa letters?
Our letters are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. Every detail – from the wording to the paper stock and packaging – has been chosen to feel authentic, timeless, and truly magical.
Do the Letterpress Gift Tags come with the Santa letter?
The Letterpress Gift Tags are sold separately, but many parents like to pair them with the personalised Santa letter for an extra touch of North Pole authenticity.
