To ensure your products arrive in time for Christmas, we have strict order cut-off dates. This allows us to create your custom order with care and ship for arrival before Christmas Eve. Please see below for cut-off dates:

Due to the made-to-order and customised nature of our personalised Santa letters, we are unable to accept returns.

Considering our products are seasonal and produced in limited timeframes throughout the year, we only accept returns under exceptional circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@studiomayfair.com to discuss.

If we haven’t started production of your order we will be more than happy to amend your order details. Unfortunately, if we have already produced your order we will not be able to offer compensation.
